• Once purchased: You will receive a link to download the digital product in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. (This is to be used as confirmation) / to keep physical proof of purchase.

 

• We will use the Order Number associated with each purchase made to then account for the Giveaway and announce the winner! - (so do keep your order numbers around for the draw)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

Once orders are fulfilled and shipped out it is no longer an issue we can solve on our end.  The customer is now responsible for making sure if address info.is filled in correctly and verified. We will not be able to provide a refund.

Digital Giveaway Entry Policy:

 

• Digital Products Are Non- Refundable

Because digital giveaway entries are delivered electronically and are immediately recorded as entries, all digital entry purchases are final and non- refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Refunds will not be issued for unused, unwanted or accidentally purchases entries, except where required applicable law.

• No Guaranteed Prize

Purchasing an entry does not guarantee that you will win a giveaway prize. Winners are selected according to the drawing method and rules stated for the applicable giveaway.

•  Winner Notification

Winners (or) Winner will be contacted using the information provided with their order or entry. Winners may be required to respond within the time period specified in the applicable giveaway rules.

If a selected winner does not respond or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, The Lil Nook Store may select an alternate winner when permitted by the applicable giveaway rules.

•  Entry Eligibility

Participants must meet all eligibility requirements stated in the individual giveaway rules. The Lil Nook Store reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated through prohibited methods, or otherwise violate the rules.
