PROCESSING TIME
Upon placing your order, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be processed & shipped.

Note: All Authentic K-pop merchandise will be shipped from our U.S location.

Additionally, we work with Official K-pop merchandise suppliers from Seoul South Korea
so, depending on the time of year and current volume we are experiencing your order may take a bit longer to process: up to 1-3 weeks (if delayed).

Preordered items will ship as soon as we receive the entire order in stock.
Estimated ship dates may change due to delays in receiving new releases.

WITH DELAYS
Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.
When the product is released in Korea. (The estimated release date is listed in the Product Description), it usually takes us 1-5 business days or less to receive the shipment from distributors. In some instances, it may take up to 1 or 3 weeks for us to receive the product/shipment.

Once we receive the shipment, we begin fulfilment processing on a first order, first serve basis.

Important Notice: IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ): If you order pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all items/albums are ready. Please make a separate purchase if you need to receive an item before the release date.
SHIPPING RATE/TYPES
At this time, we only use the U.S Postal Service/ UPS to ship out orders within the United States of America which includes Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
(Currently we DO NOT offer to ship internationally at this moment.) We are working on expanding our logistics network to Canada and the EU in the future.​

**Poster tubes will be shipped separately via UPS Ground Advantage please allow 3-6 additional business days to arrive after your original order is received

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.
Once orders are fulfilled and shipped, we can no longer resolve the issue on our end.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the address information is filled in correctly and verified. We will not be able to provide a refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. If you want to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place an order for the new item. Please check the return eligibility to qualify.

Provide an unedited video of shipment condition if damaged/if not provide photos

The item must be unopened / unsealed & unused

If elegible qualifications applied. You'll be issued a full refund between 10-15 business days.
If not elegible within qualifications, you'll be issued a partial refund if this is the case.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can only cancel your order within 24 hrs. of purchase, *if it has not yet been dispatched /Shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Cancellation for *Backorders/ Pre-orders is as follows:

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

-is not responsible for any damaged/lost products during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us at info@thelilnookstore.com if you require any assistance or have any questions regarding your package. If your order arrived damaged, be sure to take a video & picture(s) as proof before you send us an email.
DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE
We are unable to refund or replace albums or merchandise that have missing inclusions or pieces due to manufacturing errors. Defective light sticks will be replaced if they are still in stock and refunded if they are no longer available. We will ask for video proof for light stick defect.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have any issues regarding your order please get in touch with us first so we can resolve the problem with you.
If you filed a chargeback against us due to an issue regarding an order and you did not contact us beforehand so that we can help you resolve the said issue, you will be *blacklisted from our online store/ shop (www.thelilnookstore.com).
