A pre-order is a product that is not available at the moment but will be available at another time. ¡Yes! We can accept backorders for many out-of-stock items, just search for "BACKORDERS" in our products categories, due note that fulfillment depends on the next restock ETA. Once backorders are fulfilled the restock date will become available and your order will ship when order is available in stock. No.However, if you would wish to have your poster UNFOLDED/UNCREASED the option to purchase is available. Just make sure that the album you're looking to purchase provides anywhere in its description a need for a "POSTER TUBE" then you may consider ordering -If NOT mentioned anywhere then there is no option or need to purchase a tube.
This is so our websites checkout section does not generate any errors for customer(s).In order to complete the checkout without running into any shipping issues on our behalf. We took careful consideration of keeping price's low & have decided to offer the upfront value of the poster tube alongside its shipping fee. (Hence the price you see on the tube).If the price still scares you off, you may consider to not purchase just note that you will receive the poster folded with creases. We do not offer direct exchanges on any products. If you want to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place an order for the new items.
