Digital Giveaway Entry Policy:

 

1. Digital Entry Ticket

The Lil Nook Store may offer digital giveaway entry tickets for $1.95 per entry. Each purchased entry represents one opportunity to be included in the applicable giveaway drawing.

 

The digital entry ticket is not a physical product and will not be shipped to you.

 

2. How Entries Work

Each eligible $1.95 entry corresponds to one entry into the specific giveaway identified on the product listing.

 

Customers may purchase multiple entries when permitted by the applicable giveaway rules. Each entry is counted separately.

 

Example: Purchasing 3 eligible entries provides 3 entries into that giveaway.

 

3. Giveaway Prizes

Giveaway prizes may include K-pop albums or other merchandise specifically identified in the giveaway listing.

 

The exact prize, number of winners, eligibility requirements, entry period, drawing date, and other applicable rules will be provided on the individual giveaway listing or its official giveaway rules.

 

4. Digital Products Are Non- Refundable

Because digital giveaway entries are delievered electronically and are immediatly recorded as entries, all digital entry purchases are final and non- refundable once the purchase has been completed.

 

Refunds will not be issued for unused, unwanted or accidentally purchases entries, except where required applicable law.

 

5. No Guaranteed Prize

Purchasing an entry does not guarantee that you will win a giveaway prize. Winners are selected according to the drawing method and rules stated for the applicable giveaway.

 

6. Winner Notification

Winners (or) Winner will be contacted using the information provided with their order or entry. Winners may be required to respond within the time period specified in the applicable giveaway rules.

 

If a selected winner does not respond or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, The Lil Nook Store may select an alternate winner when permitted by the applicable giveaway rules.
